This research is motivated by the use of teaching materials in form worksheets, material presented less attractive so that it cannot be on time during learning process. affects ability students to think critically solve problems change form. study aims develop an inquiry-based e-module transformation for grade 3 elementary school students. The subjects were 10 Development methods using 4D models include Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Intrument used this questionnaire sheets. data analysis quantitative qualitative techniques through media expert validators teacher student response questionnaires. results showed phase was declared feasible or valid with average score 94.16% (Media Expert) 82.36% (Material Expert). e-modules a 92.75% teachers 84.79% efficient. Therefore, influences students' understanding value 81. So can help improve contextual abilities foster cognitive independent attitudes.
